Biography

Noémie de Lapparent was born in 1973. After studying literature, she joined the school of Fémis. Her training as a writer led her to collaborate on many films.

"I dreamed of meeting a sage, a real one. I had thought a lot about the subject of the essential question. Although the occasion never presented itself, I imagined the scene a thousand times of my confrontation, one time falling suddenly crossed -legged at the foot of a bengali guru, another flying alongside a Mexican sorcerer - according to the influence of the moment. But every time my imagination stopped when I had to ask the question. When in good spirits the first mountain meal by the fireplace had ended, I secretly made my decision and went to bed as determined as I was excited.
My time had come.
