Biography

Born in 1970 in Boulogne Billancourt, Celia Houdart studied letters and philosophy at the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris. For the past ten years she has devoted her own work to the fields of writing, theater and radio after having worked with theatre directors . In 1999, she won the prize of the Villa Médicis hors-les-murs/AFAA and Beaumarchais-Art Foundation for her lyrical opera libretto Fréquences.
